Welcome to East Bay Senior Referral! EBSR is an agency dedicated to assisting families in the care of elderly loved ones, who may not be able to care for themselves effectively, at the present time. We believe in empowering families and their elderly loved ones with information and options for loving care throughout the East San Francisco Bay Area. EBSR is determined to make the sometimes-difficult process of placing a loved one somewhere outside of the home, easy and worry-free.
