2018 - Best Year Yet

Here I am at the end of this unforgettable year looking back and wondering how is it possibly over!? 2018 was the fastest year yet. From the week of 4 degree temperatures to when Brandon proposed to me… This year was one to remember. I was trying to come up with my top photos or top memories and honestly there are just way too many. I will save you the time of reading all of my memories and will put photos down below of some of my favorites from 2018!

My word for 2019 is “magic”. This year I would love to see the magic in everything. I do believe there is magic in everything, sometimes you may just have to look a little harder to see it. If 2018 taught me anything it was that negativity brings you down. Don’t get me wrong, being a realist is who I am. But looking back on the things I did complain and be negative about were all things that I shouldn’t have even thought twice about. You will miss out on people in your life if you can’t forgive them. You will miss out on a moment with friends if you’re too busy worrying about something you can’t do anything about at the time. You’ll miss out on a world of connections if you’re too afraid to go talk to someone. My word is magic because I believe in magic. Everyone carries a little bit of it in their pocket. I know that magic can a lot of the times get away from us but I am looking to find it everywhere I go and with everyone I meet. 2019, let’s find your magic and use it.
