Posing Matters

POSING — Alright you guys, this is huge. I recently did a poll on Instagram about what people regretted about their senior photoshoot experience. Unfortunately, the most common answer was “my photographer didn’t know how to pose”. This MATTERS. Why? Because there is a way to make everyone look comfortable and confident in an image no matter how much experience a senior has with being in front of the camera.

I have shot over 150 seniors and every single senior was completely different. It’s a challenge, but shooting with me, I always make it super easy to be yourself. I guide you on how to pose to get the best angle and look. Not every pose is natural but I do everything I can to make your photographs translate well and have you looking your best. When choosing a senior portrait photographer, make sure you are thinking about how they pose their seniors and if the seniors look comfortable and natural!
